I am an artist…a designer and am passionate about everything creative.

Using strong light sources, positive and negative space, (mostly) B/W and showing emotions through my art is my style.

I carve wood, lino’s and draw/sketch with a passion.
I am a printmaker and actually have BFA degree in it.

But, when I have a gouge in my hands with a block (wood or lino) I am in the world I have always meant to be in.
I feel the same way when I have my A.W. CASTELL’s lined up in a row…HB thru 6B with my sketchbooks (all sizes) and kneaded erasers sitting there calling to me.

So I guess I am all about what you will see in my gallery. I am not a wordsmith…so, if you want to know about me, take a look at my work here and you will most likely get a sense of ME.
